Hi everyone. I wanted to take this chance to share my experience that I had utilizing PS in the last 6 month. I started looking at diamonds some times last year. I thought I was already pretty knowledgeble after going to all the local B&M stores. Once I have stumble onto PS... I realized just how trivial my knowledges were about diamonds. I am so grateful for all those that had given me input on diamonds and settings. I was able to pick out one of the best diamond that fit my budget. The brilliance and cut of the diamond were superior to most that I have seen in stores. I had purchased the diamond online and had it set with a local jeweler. I had proposed with it... and all I can say is that she cried with tears of joy....
None of this will be possible, if it wasn''t for Martin Sheffield. I have to give him all the credit. When I first contact him, he was extremely professional over the phone and friendly. I have read from previous posts that Martin did not respond fast to emails... i have to agree... because he never responded to my first email. In hind sight, I realize the man is busy with all the request from US and Canada... lets all give him a break! CALL HIM... trust me... its going to be worth your time. He had picked out a few stones for me to review... finally I picked out the one that I wanted. He was able to give me THE best price. Shipped it to a local appraiser in my town... The appraiser gave me nothing but praise on this diamond... gave it an 9 out of 10. Needless to say I was happy. Bank wire the money to Martin... which at first was a little uneasy to me... but after reassurance from fellow PS ers... I did it... and received the diamond from the appraiser. Thru this process, Martin patiently explained everything... helped me thru all the questions... his knowledge, professionalism, customer service, competitive price point, honesty and integrity are just some of the reason why you should buy from him. If you found a diamond some where else, chances are Martin will beat the price or get you a better stone. He did for me!!! I am honest when I say I did not know him before this transaction... but after knowing him, I will refer all my friends and family to him. He did everything right by me, and for that I am grateful... thank you Martin...
