Another judge has thrown out what the majority voted on.

Good.

The majority screwing over an unpopular minority is one of the defects of a democracy.
I'm thankful for the wise balance of powers built into our government.

Kenny, there is a lot of support for overturning this shameful ban in our state. Voters would have likely overturned it in the upcoming election, but our Attorney General decided it was unconstitutional and a Federal Judge agreed with her. Public sentiment has changed a great deal in the 10 years since the ban was enacted.
