hmm..haven't seen anything exactly the same, although you will be able to find many 3 sided pave rings around. Try browsing through Pearlmans jewelers.com, they have a very large selection and are a great vendor. Otherwise, have you considered custom? The price of that setting in relation to the amount of diamonds included in it would indicate it could be poor quality. But I guess you already knew that!

Thanks for the help! I am also really considering this ring. However, I was planning on a smaller stone than it accommodates
