Loose diamond in my half eternity AGAIN

I ordered a half eternity ring from IDJewelry last August. 11 stone, 7 pointers. They quoted me a really great price, that's why I chose them for business. They made the ring, but it was boxier than the picture I had sent them, so they redid it to my specifications at no charge. I received the ring, wore it for two months (I took it off at home and didn't do hard work with it), then as I was fiddling with it one day, I discovered 2 loose stones. I sent it back to have it checked (I'm from Canada, so this process stinks!) and they said it was normal wear and tear and they fixed it at no charge. I ended up getting it back one week ago. I've worn it about 10 hours total, doing pretty much nothing (church, restaurant) and the rest of the time, it was safely tucked into my jewelry box. I looked at it today and I thought of checking the stones since I hadn't gotten around to it - one is loose again! The diamonds are not all the same size, you can definitely tell the difference.

The customer service has been very good (courteous and patient) but I don't feel up to complaining again - I feel like an ungrateful customer!

I would like some advice on how to deal with this. Thank you.

How are the diamonds set? Is it a shared prong setting?

Yes, shared prong.

I had a shared prong ring (from a diff jeweler), and I experienced the same issue. The jeweler told me that tightening the prong on one stone leads to a chain reaction of adjusting all the prongs. And anytime I bumped the ring, I would always have more than one stone affected. I don't think a well-made ring should be that high- maintenance.

I was told the same thing by a local jeweler who saw the ring. I asked IDJewelry about it and they said that bad jewelers criticize other jewelers' pieces to make themselves look better...

I guess that the lesson I can learn here (why do I have to learn the hard way all the time with jewelry?!) is that if I want quality, I need to pay for it.
