Looking to buy this 2.31 I SI2 diamond (On hold) - Thoughts?

After posting several diamonds here I've finally decided on one.

I've put down the deposit (refundable) and waiting for it to arrive next week. In the meantime I wanted to get opinions on the diamond and if there are any red flags.

2.31ct I SI2
Confirmed eye-clean, no BGM, HCA score of 1.2

What is no BGM?

My only other concern is whether it is hazy or not...some SI2s with grade making clouds can be hazy...did you ask about that?

No BGM = No Brown, No Green, No Milky.

The vendor has confirmed the above and the local seller I'm working with gets in writing that it's eye clean and no BGM. I'll be sure to also get the no haziness in there as well.

I will follow up with it but I think it's a low risk because the local seller knows how fussy I am so he wouldn't call in something only to have to return it at his expense, but we'll see.
