Looking for some recommendations for diamonds

I''ve been reading on Pricescope for some time now and it has finally come the time to take the plunge myself. I''ve done quite a bit of research into what I want in a diamond, but still find it hard to pick out a "winner" from a "loser".

I have managed to find the ring I''m going to buy. Here it is:

Now, I just need to find the diamond.

Here is what I''ve tried to pindown so far:
1. Budget of ~$2000 for a round diamond
2. Eye Clean (probably no less than a SI1)
3. Cut is King (perhaps a H&A, not sure if it''s worth the dough though)
4. Certified (GIA or AGS)... so it can be laser inscribed on the girdle.
5. Would love to get as big of rock as my budget would allow with everything else factored in (hopefully .6cts)

Here''s the big thing, I just want a diamond that is big and will shine/sparkle alot ... hence the great cut.

Finally, I was hoping to keep the vendor would be out of NY, to be able to save a smidge on tax. That''s not all that important, but every little bit helps. Any other sales / promos to consider, would be great. I see that DirtCheapDiamonds and Blue Nile are offering $100 off.

So, any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. If I search through Pricescope with these factors, there are pages of diamonds and I just don''t know where to begin.

I''m glad everyone likes the ring I''ve selected. I found it at www.AntiqueEngagementRings.com. I spoke with the gentleman who runs the website and he said that he can sell the ring unmounted, platinum for $310 and in 14k white gold for $210. Haven''t decided yet on that though... my girlfriend doesn''t care about the metal... she said Silver is fine w/ her, but I do want something that will last.

Of the diamonds mentioned, I think the two that catch my eye the most are:

I wanted to thank everyone for their help thus far. From the two I''ve narrowed it down to, can anyone tell me which would look bigger or perform better? I''m not sure if this is possible to do, just by the numbers on their website.

Also, is the "A Cut Above" diamond from Whiteflash that much better than the DCD?

If anyone has any other suggestions on stones I should be considering, please let me know. I plan on purchasing within the next week.
