Looking for recommendations to create something similar to this...

Hi, new here; can't believe I've only just stumbled across Price Scope as a self professed jewellery addict. I'm considering getting something similar to this made (emerald cut centre with trapezoid sides - potentially bezel but I also love the gold claws). Would love the centre stone to be either green moissanite or hydrothermal emerald (no bigger than 11x9mm); any recommendations on which is better?

I've been looking at Starsgem and Tianyu but if anyone had any other recommendations/things to look for when buying a moissanite or hydrothermal emerald, or even pictures of ones they've had set. I'd love to spend less than $400, if that's possible?!
