The Expert Selections are usually very good value. You are paying some more for that ACA because the clarity is also up
a notch. I* would not go up $2k to have that ACA.

Plugging them in to HCA:

Expert selection 5.4k - HCA 2.6 with Very Good in all sections

ACA 7.5k - HCA 1.5 w/ Excellent in all but Spead =Very Good

dont pay more for the ACA, but for slightly more then the WF virtual selection, there's a BGD .75ct D VS1 for $6248 before you get your pricescope discount. I dont know if you are aware, but Brian Gavin used to oversee the ACA diamonds at Whiteflash some years ago before going off on his own.

The platinum Tiffany setting that BGD has is a 6 prong, but I think its very classy.

All of what you're looking at is amazing, I dont think its worth the extra 2K to go up to the VVS2 as there's really no advantage to the naked eye over the VS1 at WF or the BGD VS1 posted in the link above. someone on here has a statement about "mind clean" thats about all the 2,000 bucks might buy you, but I can think of alot of other things to do with 2,000 bucks to help me sleep at night, like a trip to the islands or cancun!

good luck and enjoy! Lastly, here's the HCA on the .75 BGD stone

Thanks for the replies. I guess I had read about Brian Gavin in some posts on here, but somehow never made it to his website when I was looking at diamonds. There's a couple of diamonds on his site I'm pretty interested in - now I just need to restart my search for a setting!
