That setting appeals to me more than the first one. Also the fact that its set with ACA''s would make me feel much more comfortable paying a couple hundred more for it. AT least then you know it will be fiery and brilliant

That one is reasonably priced, however, I like the one I found a bit better as the edges on the WF is too bezel looking. (Good point re the ACA's.) I think the Uneek has a quieter, softer look.

Thanks so much for looking & helping. :)

It looks like it''s priced for white gold, not platinum.

Do they allow buying the ring only or must you buy the diamond through them as well?

They have a uneek way of spelling unique.

Oh, in the WF setting, it says "ring will not be shipped without a diamond set in it."

Wonder if you can send them your diamond and have them set it or it means it must be a diamond from WF?

OK... when I clicked the link, the tab said Tacori (not sure if it''s a glitch in my browser or their site) but the description says it''s a Uneek design(explains the spelling which looked odd when I thought it was a Tacori). If it was a Tacori that would be a nice price; I have no idea what the Uneek craftsmanship is so not sure if that''s a good price or not.

Same thing happened for me. I was thinking the exact same that it was a good price if it was a Tacori.

WF would probably be willing to milgrain the edges of that setting to make it even more similar to the one you posted and appear less "bezel-y"

That's beautiful. And affordable is nothing but a plus.

My halo setting was even less than that, and its stunning. I wouldn't trade it for any other setting, because I like it better than all the rest. You have to remember that big names like Tacori, Tiffany and Harry Winston may be good quality but for the most part they just come with a name attached to the price tag. It's like anything else.

If you're worried about quality check the company out on the Better Business Bureau. (bbb.com I think)

Just my $0.02.

ETA: after all my looking around, I actually liked this halo setting so much that I nearly considered getting a round diamond (but only for a second!).
