They were able to tell me if they offered a certain size and how much it would cost. Next to calling them I thought this was such a cool option because they were able to tell me quickly, on the spot. I think other jewelry sites should offer this option, that way you don''t have to wait for email if it doesn''t get lost or filtered and you don''t incur long distance charges if the site does not offer a 1-800 #. Just a suggestion.
