LiW Listkeeper?

Okay, let''s have an official vote. Since JCar didn''t start one, I thought I''d start a thread to have an official vote on who should be listkeeper. In the "Quick Question" thread, many of us had mentioned Jaylex, since her BF has the ring.

So I hereby nominate JAYLEX for Official LIW Listkeeper!

Nope. It was just noticed that there was never an official listkeeper nomination after JCar got engaged.

She was never the official listkeeper. It was JCar, then stepcut was covering for her (but not the official listkeeper), and then stepcut felt like she couldn''t do it due to issues in her relationship, so Jessie stepped in for her (again, just covering it with JCar on vacation), and JCar was so excited when she got back that she forgot to post a vote thread. Since traditionally the listkeeper is voted in and in the top few LIWs on the list, we were thinking it''s time to have a vote. Jessie''s done well, but it''s tradition to have a vote on this. It doesn''t just get handed around. It''s silly, but I think a lot of us take it seriously, you know?

As one of the original LIW that helped get us our own forum, I absolutely agree with the vote. I think it needs to be someone who is close to the top of the list, well organized, visits the forum often enough to keep track of all of the engagements and additions, and doesn't mind doing it for a little while.

From what I've seen, Jaylex seems to have all of those qualifications.

DG, you and I are in total agreement on the timing for listkeepers! I can''t wait for my turn to potentially become listkeeper. It''s one of the PS traditions that really excites me, lol. And man, when the time comes, you can bet my name will be in the running. (BTW, I just saw you''re at #9! That''s my favourite number. I hope it brings you luck!)

I think so! I''m sure some other''s will have some better advice for you however, I kept the list in excell and updated it every other day or so depending on how many people wanted the add. I''d also ask the admin''s to make it a sticky. You may want to search for the rules on removing people. Each official listkeeper has added something to the rules. You may want to go back and see who the last person was that changed something and keep that up to date as well. Good luck and lots of dust to you!
