Liquid protien fast?

Has anyone ever done a liquid protien fast? If so will you please share your experiences? I would really like this thread to stay informational about the topic and not get all preachy about how it''s bad for you. Thanks!

I've done it before. The first couple of days are the worst. Once you get beyond that, it does get easier. The key is to not go more than a couple of hours without drinking one.
