Let's play a game... rainbow gems.

Seeing as we’re stuck on orange, and tbh I can’t remember if I’ve posted it before… my 18ct freeform cab spess that I just got back from GRS. I can’t wait to set it!

Yellow or (iirc) black, white, grey or brown next!

Is it sapphire, tanzie, iolite, or spinel (watch, it will be something else now that I've named all of those like a geek).

@Autumn in New England Yes, Mother Nature is amazing!
I have a new piece, but it’s none of the rainbow colours. It is black and silver.
Please allow me to share it while we wait for pink.
It’s not my usual item, but I love it. The beads are black onyx, clear quartz and haematite, and aptly named Sangfroid by its maker, Manik (https://manik.international/)
@Daisys and Diamonds I thought of you because you are good with beads.
@mellowyellowgirl I thought of you, because the beats are huge!! The necklace is much more affordable than what I usually buy. I hope it doesn’t become my equivalent of lLabubu…:D

I especially love hematite! Did you know its "streak" is red (because it's an iron ore)? So if you ground it into a powder, it would also be red. Beautiful piece!!

I wanted to show you a beaded necklace I have that is somewhat similar. The beads are also black onyx, hematite, banded agate, howlite, and snowflake obsidian (along with sterling silver). It was rather inexpensive, but I love it. I feel like our necklaces could be sisters!

If there isn’t a taker for orange, please may I present my yellow - the tiniest yellow diamond set in a Tiffany Elsa Peretti band. I think it’s 0.01ct :mrgreen2:

It’s not visible by anyone other than me, and I love it! It’s the first time I’ve come across this band with a yellow diamond as they’re normally white diamonds.

I haven’t done a lot of research into yellows but from what I can tell, it’s hard to get a truly vibrant yellow, so I’ll happily wear this until I come across a knock-out yellow.

Yes, sisters!!! I almost bought another with clear quartz and howlite.
Ooh, I didn’t know that’s about hematite. I wouldn’t have guessed because it looks such a beautiful sheen. Yes, quite inexpensive and I love it anyway. When I wore it over a red dress, the quartz beads looked pink (which is the next colour, hehe).IMG_1127.jpeg
