Leo Diamond earring threaded Post size?

I have a pair of Leo Diamond Solitaire earrings and one of the backs has been stripped. I had a friend try to measure it and they came up with .036 but I can't find a replacement back for that size. They are all either .034 or .040 for the threaded. (That I can find) Unless Leo makes a proprietary size or something. The thread is still good on the post because I can use the back from the other earring on that post and it works fine, it's just the back that's bad.

Does anyone else have any knowledge of these? Thanks Laura
