I just want to warn anyone whom is going to have their ring set to be careful if they are going to Leipo Singapore. I have just got mine done up and it is so terrible that I am going to have it altered today!
The ring is terrible! so terribily done up. The look of it makes me so pissed off and I am going back to the shop to have it altered. The design of the ring is totally different from the one I wanted. The prongs (claws) were totally straight though I gave the boss (Sheena) a pic (Lee Hwa''s Destinee''s ring design) of it and she told me that if I custom made them, it will look nice and curved. It is totally straight! She and the workers also gave me excuses saying that it is because the diamond is too small. But how could this be true as all Lee Hwa''s Destinee''s ring are so nicely done up even for the 0.3 carat ones while mine is a 0.5 carat? Next is the ring itself. The joint between the claws and ring has holes (it was not plated properly)! I didnt notice it until my friend point it out to me. Also the joint portion between the ring and the claws look so big and out of proportion and it looks like one that is made for guys to wear! They also didnt clean up the ring properly and there are actually black finger print marks on the faces of the diamond and I have to clean it myself. Last but not least, the claws feels sharp which means one could easily got it entangled with cotton clothing. It''s terrible. Hai... I will be going down again this afternoon to speak to the boss and see what she has to say. As I collected the ring in a rush, I got no chioce but to get it first as I have already booked and prepared all the things for the proposal. Total disappointment for my ring. Just hope that she will alter it nicely for me.... Really sad... Actually proposed to my gf already and now have to alter the ring...
