If you're open to lab diamonds, there are diamonds in the 1.4-1.75ct range:

Lab-Created 1.40 Carat round diamond

This 1.4 carat Lab-Created round diamond D color vvs2 clarity has Ideal proportions and a diamond grading report from IGI

This one shows some blemishes, will need to check if it is eye clean (I suspect it might be)...

Ugh a nice chunky rock like one of these would look fab on my finger! I have to look into them more. I have so little knowledge of both natural and lab stones!
