I was admiring everyone's lab gemstones on the big thread. Gene's lab pads look beautiful from your photos, but I haven't seen any lab pads irl (and very few earth-mined pads irl either). How do they compare to their earth-mined counterparts? For example, I kind of like this earth-mined pad:
I LOVE Princess Eugenie's pad engagement ring based on this one photo:
How do your pads compare to these?
I'm also interested in some of Gene's other lab-created stones but would like the ones that look MOST like their earth-mined counterparts. (As an aside, I have a "flawed" lab ruby that I really like from Chris CZ. A jeweler with over 20 years' experience looked at it under high magnification and proclaimed it was an earth-mined ruby, lol).
