Just Received My 2.5ct GIA U-V Light Brown Diamond

I love colored gemstones and warmer toned diamonds! I just took the plunge and purchased a 2.5 ct GIA U-V light brown diamond. It is 8.7mm round and I plan to set it in rose gold. I have it next to my 0.8 ct champagne diamond in 14k rose gold size 5. I took these pictures around my office.

I am worried about that. I am hoping that by not putting it in a bezel, it won't go any darker in color...but I might try platinum prongs then surround it either a halo in rose gold or something. I'll have to think about it. I haven't been able to find too much in terms of this low range color in settings.

I'm planning to switch it out. On days where my hands aren't too swollen, I might be able to wear it as a RHR but my knuckles are all different sizes.
