Your too kind Linda dear!

My favorite color........well, let''s make it colors, shall we?

I try not to limit myself! I''m a very colorful person. lol. And my tatstes are perpetually changing and evolving. But my main favs are pink, red, and orange.

Favorite foods......hmm......food is an interesting topic for me. I have a boatload of food allergies, so I''m really limited in my diet. My worst allergies are fruits and veggies. I steer clear, except for a bite of something here and there, when I just can''t resist.....(think - chocolate covered strawberries) My throat gets terribily itchy and sometimes swells a bit.
I love anything sugary and sweet. I''ve had a ridiculous sweet tooth since I was a little girl! I remember my mom trying to limit my sugar intake, but I''d just crave sweets so bad, that when I was alone, or really late at night, I''d take a table spoon and just spoon feed myself plain old sugar, right from the bag! So anything, cake, doughnuts, cookies, candy bars, I love it all!!!!!
18.gif

I love cheese, too. (I do live in the dairy state, after all) And I could seriously eat pizza every day of the week!

Hi Sarah! How are ya?

Hmmm......I truely love a great variety of music. I love alternative rock, a lot of pop rock, and some country. I love just listening to the radio. Its on all the time, when I''m driving, or cleaning, or out for a walk!

Right now my favorite CDs are coldplay''s Viva la Vida and also Parachutes, which has a nice relaxing softeness to it.
I also just bought Carolina Liar- coming to terms. A very good cd if you like alternative rock.

I''ll list some of my favs that I can think of off the top of my head: John Mayer, David Cook, Feist, the Sundays, Live, the Fray, the Killers, One republic, Sarah Mclachlan, Josh Groban (whom I''ve seen in concert thrice!) Rascall Flatts, Taylor swift.....I know there are many more, but that''s about all I can think of right now.

What are your favorite movies, tv shows and books?

Ooooh yes!!!

How did you meet your SO????
Howdy Trillionaire!

Well, my SO.......well, I''m actually just starting the divorce process right now. (hence my lovely avatar (thanks Tgal!) of the phoenix, for growing wings and taking flight!) Also of which, I''m strongly considering getting a small inconspicuous tattoo of someday in the near future......
https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/i-need-some-encouragment-big-time.104632/ This is a link to that thread if you feel like playing catch up on my situation. (warning: its at 9 pages right now)

But we met through my best friend. He is my bff''s cousin, and we met when I was about 12 or 13 and started dating my senior year of high school. I think I actually told the more complete story on luckstar''s ww thread. Anyhow, we married a little over 3 years ago, and started the divorce process about 6 weeks ago. That being said, I care about him very much, and I''m bringing away a lot of positives from my marriage. There were obviously a lot of things that just weren''t right for me. He was somewhat of a controlling, even manipulative man, and I feel like I''ve been emotionally taken advantage of. (I hesitate to use the word abused, as that''s such a strong statement, but you get the point) But I''m trying to keep the good memories, and learn as much as I can from this experience, so that I can find true happiness someday.
Leaving my marriage was probably one of the hardest things that I''ve had to do, but to this point, has been one of the best things I could have done for myself. I''m young and the possibilities are endless. I''m excited each and every day to see what life will bring me.
1.gif

So in light of all that, I just wanted to say that I''m a very open person and certainly don''t mind any questions about my marriage, or anything else in fact.

YAY!! my RH gf has her own thread.

And to answer your 2nd q.......

I have always had an affinity for celeb erings. I sometimes get weird insomnia phases, and so I was up really late one night, and was googling various celebs erings and came across PS. At first I avoided it, cuz I thought it was just a sales sight. I was getting annoyed actually, that it kept popping up, but then I finally clicked on it, and low and behold, here I am!

Jo, I wanted to start a thread here for you about 100 times, but for some reason I kept thinking you already had one? I must be losing it! LOL!

Hobbies?
1.gif
You know, I don''t really have any serious hobbies at this point. I''ve just always been so busy that I''ve never taken too much time for anything. I kind of consider my job to be part hobby as well. I just love it that much, and spend so much time there, that it''s both for me. And when I was married, I would spend a lot of time helping C with his business.

But there are just random things that I enjoy doing. I love going for walks, 4 wheeling, and jet skiing. I go to the local pool to swim in the summer. Going to the beach on weekends....Just being outdoors on a nice day just makes me feel happy!
I also love to drive. Sometimes, if I''m feeling down, I''ll just hop in my car and go for an aimless drive. I love it! I also love to shop. I could go shopping 7 days a week.....but I''m curbing that habit big time. Being single and trying to hang on to my house is draining on the bank account.

My nerd hobbies include playing solitaire on my laptop, sudoku......and PS!

Hey tlh! We are so on for Saturday! I''m seriously drooling just thinking about brownies! No allergies to chocolate (thank God!) Fudge iceing sounds delightful as well! I do believe I shall start starving myself as of yesterday!

My hero......that''s a tough question. I truely admire a lot of various people for very different reasons. But the biggest one would have to be my dad. I just adore him more than words could ever describe! If any of you were to meet him, you''d probably wouldn''t be too impressed. He''s very antisocial and shy. He and mom have gone to the same church for probably almost 20 years, and I don''t think anyone there has ever heard him utter a word. Some people probably think he''s mute. But when its just us, he talks and talks. He has the greatest jokes. Every week when I go down to visit, he always has a bunch of clippings from newspapers and magazines that he thinks will make me laugh. I''ve always been daddy''s girl. Still am. He''s full of advice and common sense, but has the wisdom to know that I''m most likely just gonna do whatever the heck I want anyways. I admire him too, for his intelligence. He only has a high school diploma, but can build a beautiful home from the ground up. I love him for all his flaws and quirks, as most of them are my own as well. I''ll see if I can find a good picture of us together, although I don''t know if he''s game for having his picture up on the www.......

You know, a shy person is like an oyster... there;s always something really beautiful inside, and only when they are relaxed, will they open up and show you.... I like that your dad is shy. Maybe it explains your inner peace that you have???

So you like the packers?

Perhaps so...we are so much alike, although I''m not too shy. Not anymore. I used to be VERY shy, but now I''ve become more social and outgoing. Actually, that''s something that''s gotten better since I''ve been working on breaking out of my marriage. He had me so wrapped up on "acting just right" or "saying the right things" that I just really always kept to myself. Sometimes he would "coach" me on things to say to people when we''d go to a dinner party or meet with someI kept people at arms length, as he didn''t like me going out with friends. Lot of jealousy. Even of my girlfriends.

And the packers. Do I like the packers? No. I LOVE the Packers! I bleed green and gold!

Well I already said he was a TURD.

GO PACK GO! I may be shooting myself here, but Brett disappointed me last year. I thought he was in poor character giving away secrets to the Jets. TURD. I do like the new QB. He is kinda cute, in a Jake Gyllenhal kinda way.

So you are obsessed with shopping... what is your weapon of choice?

Yes, you did say that didn''t you. lol

Brett broke my heart last year. It was quite the ordeal around here. Literally, the entire world stopped in Green Bay when he was having his press conferance. (I work like 1 mile from the stadium) I felt like I was losing the love of my life. It was hard. But I''m over it. And I love Aaron Rodgers. Hey, wait.....he''s single....hmmm...

Wonder if he has a date for vday?

Hi Monnie! I do like being able to relate to people through commonalities, but I wish we didn''t have this particular subject in common. But its nice to know I''m not alone! I''m now in a phase of life where I''m working to rediscover myself. I''m being me. Not the me that he wanted. Just the me that I am.

Hey, if you ever come to WI to visit your relatives, give me a heads up and perhaps we could meet! Yes, us Packer-backers are a pretty crazy bunch!
