I like him although he seems a bit mono-track to be a viable presidential candidate. But he could make a good combo ticket with Obama to counterbalance the lack of Obama''s foreign experience. Barack-Biden ''08 !

(of course I''m a Richardson supporter, but he keeps saying he''d never accept vice. Shame.)
