Job dust for BF please!

Well, BF (finally!) has an interview tomorrow. Please, you guys, PLEASE give him some dust. He''s been working so hard to get a decent job, and it would mean the world to him to get this. This is round 2 of 4, I think, but all dust helps!

Me and fi are both STILL looking after 3 months. I had an interviewer today who was soooo mean I just couldn''t believe it! Fi is waiting til tomorrow morning to find out if he got a job he applied for too that we need soooo badly so I feel ya.

with a master''s degree it took me 6 months to find a job (i job i dont like, that barely pays). with a jd, bf still isnt making enough to live on 1.5 years out from graduation. i feel your pain.

Thanks, everybody. His interview is in half an hour and I''m starting to get nervous. He''s been looking for jobs since May, and this is only the second interview he''s gotten, so he''s nervous and hopeful and scared and...well, yeah. I think he''s trying not to get his hopes up, but he''s a really smart guy and very personable and a hard worker so I''m hoping that all shows in the interview.

Lots of dust to Smurfy and your FI, too. Job hunting sucks.

I''m in the same boat as you princesss! S has been looking for months now and only applied for 4 jobs. Nothing yet

He wouldn''t ever propose before having a better job. I just know it. I wish someone would pick him already!!!! I didn''t know your boyfriend was looking for a job.

Well, the poor boy got sick 11 hours before the interview! He said he had to spend the entire hour during the interview not coughing, sneezing, or blowing his nose. He said it was "the hardest hour of [his] life."

That said, he thinks it went pretty well, but they had him take a few tests to figure out if he has the right personality for the job. I don''t know what that will mean for him, but I hope the results say "He''ll be incredible, hire him now!" LOL.

He''s supposed to hear back today or tomorrow if I understand right.

I think that''s my BF''s particular strain of stubbornness. He refuses to be sick. Flat out refuses. So when life gets the best of him, he likes to pretend it hasn''t. At least in public. In private...

Aww, poor guy! Job interviews are stressful enough without having to be sick on top of them. Hopefully you''ll hear some good news soon!
