Jewelry appraiser in the bay area

Can anyone recommend a jewelry appraiser in the SF Bay Area, preferably close to San Mateo who can give good appraisals of diamonds. Preferably someone who can also take idealscope or ASET pictures?

I use Nancy Stacy in Walnut Creek. I don't know if she does Idealscope or ASET images, but she is very thorough. Her appraisal was very detailed and critical in my insurance claim. My claims representative and insurance company even mentioned how detailed the information was.
