I know that Chubb''s policy is probably better--they just cut you a check, which is probably the easiest option when replacing a ring. Not messy, allows you complete freedom, sounds great. But the premiums are somewhat high.
So I looked into Jeweler''s Mutual and I know that their replacement policy isn''t as ideal, but they do replace the ring with a comparable ring from the SAME jeweller where the original ring was purchased and since I love the store where the e-ring was purchased, I was completely fine with that policy. Especially since the premium was cheaper.
I was just curious, though, if anybody has had a bad experience with JM? I''ve read through old posts and everybody seems to love Chubb, so I was thinking about switching when my policy is up. Just wanted to get some opinions.
