Jeweler rec in Phx, AZ (also hard water related question...)

My husband bought me a lovely platinum diamond solitaire from WhiteFlash. It is overdue for a cleaning & check-up. I'm really worried I might be getting hard water deposits on it. There is an INSANE amount of buildup in the sinks/showers in our house from the well water and it has been utterly impossible to remove until I got this special abrasive powder from Amazon. Hours of scrubbing later (of house, not ring) and it is improved, but still not eliminated. For months I didn't think about the water and would wash my hands with the ring on. It looks ok, but I have this terrible fear that there is probably a thin layer of mineral on the diamond that can never be removed Can anyone recommend where I might take this ring to be very thoroughly cleaned. North Scottsdale or North Phoenix area, please.

Any jeweler should be able to run it through their ultra sonic a few times I think. The jeweler I go to in town is Z's Fine Jewelry on 75th Ave and Greenway, near the Arrowhead mall. They have a good bench guy on site and are a mom & pop type store, not a chain.
