Jewel Jet or Baby Toothbrush ??

Ok, I know this has been discussed over and over. But I think I want a Jewel Jet.
I have an Ultrasonic - never did much good at all. Anr they are not supposed to be used on pave.

Or am I better off just soaking my ring in a solution (which one?) and using a soft baby toothbrush?

Or what do you guys find to really work?

the JJ is good for a quick clean.warms up in about 1 min. how much are they now?
