James Allen- Virtual loop - need opinion/ help

Hi,
I have a another thread on this but I was hoping someone could take a quick look at this diamond under the virtual loop.

At the 2''0''clock position, there appears to be a pretty significant scratch and what appears like bubbles on the "black arrows" (12''o''clock). Can anyone verify if this is indeed scratches / inclusions?

I''m concerned as the cert is from 2006... If it''s a "used" diamond, I''m concerned that it may not bs VVS1.

probably just dirt or lint, etc. There is nothing you can actually confirm with the loupe image.
