James Allen: do the diamonds really exist?

I do a Pricescope search. JA diamonds show up.
Almost every time I try to view them, a window pops up stating that the pictures aren''t visible online yet.

This seems to be especially true with lower end (I/J SI1) stones.

Thoughts?

can you post an example it might be a website error.

I;ve noticed that it happens on a few of their diamonds but they will always get the images for you. You usually will get them in 2-3 days.

It may indeed be a matter of patience and my itchy trigger finger. I will come back after a few days.
