Has anyone ever heard of him? He changed the bass guitar and changed its perception. My parents sold their Fort Lauderdale home to him before he died. He was likely one of the greatest musicians ever. Thanks for listening.

Very sad story...these were the times my parents lived in...

Fortunately,he made beautiful music and changed the world of the bass guitar. Unfortunately, he made some very sad decisions and was ill...and didn't fare well. We loved and supported him anyway.

He was the best before there was a best.

My hubby introduced me to Jaco's music, he was amazing! Have you read Bill Milkowski's biography of him? It's well worth a read if you haven't.
