I am close to buying a radiant diamond that is a decent looking 2.2 J VS1 and we want it set in a micropave similar to this http://www.harrywinston.com/go.php/c_Engagement,Micropave.

The pave and ring diamonds will be ACA Gs. Do you think that this will highlight the yellow of the J centre stone or actually make it appear brighter and less yellow??

Any help gratefully received. I want to upload the Idealscope etc but it doesnt seem to want to work for mw.

It would be best to ask the vendor really red, radiants can show more colour but as to how this particular one shows a J colour it is really hard to know without more info - or how it would look compared with the ACA G's. If the diamond is with WF then they should be able to help you with that. I would guess the G colour melee might highlight the difference between them and the radiant J colour, but the seller is the best person to advise so you know for sure.

Have you considered the possibility that you''re not entirely comfortable with having a J centerstone?
Cuz if I am comfortable with a J''s slightly warmer tone, I wouldn''t worry at all about having that warmth ''highlighted''.
