Since I quit smoking!

3 years really isn't a long time but it is for me. I think of smoking almost every single day. Then I catch a whiff and gag.
Rinse and repeat.

Ive thought about cheating and getting a non nicotine e-cig, but that's just silly.

3 down,lifetime to go!

*superproud*

:wavey: :appl:
congrats! that gag reflex is quite the reminder, isn't it?!
and how about those clothes that now don't reek of smoke?!
and your hair? don't you love that it doesn't smell of smoke?
3 years is a great thing to celebrate!
here's to that lifetime you've got ahead of you!

High five :wavey: . Keep it up!

DH quit after we met many years ago. He gets a craving once in a while and found that a piece of nicorette gum helps keep him on straight and narrow.

Congratulations!

The best thing a person can do for their health!

(Both of my parents smoked for many years, so I have a pretty good idea of how difficult it can be to kick that habit!)
