I've seen better arrows, especially looking at the ones at 3 and 6 o'clock. They kinda fade out! Sometimes it's the photography. Why dont you ask the vendor if they can take another picture?
If that is a SuperbCert I'm sure they are very good. Not one pro however would ever say yes or no without being able to examine the diamond, not from photos.
BTW; I also own a LLC in South Carolina that is named Pink Flamingo
It's a precision Hearts & Arrows stone. The "blurring" is just a photographic anomaly, and not much of one at that. The H&A effect is one of the most difficult to photograph.
I speak not from just examining the photos, of course, but also from examining the actual diamond when I appraised it. You've got nothing to worry about.
