Is this too small to set into a right hand ring?

I posted pics before, but here it is on my hand so you can see what it would look like. Please be honest!
I''m thinking 3 stone halo type setting.

Not at all, especially if you halo it!! That is a stunning colour, and it pops right off your finger!

I think most of my gems reside in the 5x7 to 7x7mm range, with one outlier at 8x8. I have some biggies that I need to set, but I'm not a huge ring kinda gal, so I'm really waiting on finding the right setting until I'm used to the size of my 8x8.

Kribbie, it''s a beautiful stone. I''m going to buck the trend. I see a pinky ring a la Diana Vincent Maybe v-shaped top and bottom though.
