Saw this supposedly vintage Tiffany and am wondering if they really make such settings.
Any thoughts?

Sorry about the blank post..accidentally hit the wrong button.
Saw this supposedly vintage Tiffany and am wondering if they really used to make such settings. The stone is rated I/VS2 although it looks more yellowish to me,
Any thoughts?

Could be, but I wouldn''t buy it without an independent appraisal from an appraiser very experienced in antiques.

Either way its pretty! The stone does look pretty warm, but of course could always be the lighting.
Ditto NF re the appraisal.

I think it looks very pretty too..
I just wasn''t sure whether Tiffany made this type of art deco setting or not.
Too bad the seller only accepts returns if the item is grossly misrepresented.
argh, i can''t stop looking at diamonds!

Maybe email Tiffanys and they might know. It''s a gorgeous ring!

Beautiful ring! It does look yellowish. Can you ask for more pictures?

I like this one too but decided to pass as it doesn''t really look like an I color to me. No returns means I wouldn''t chance it.

It is very pretty...I would ask for more pictures, preferably in natural light.
