I am trying to buy a diamond from 1.3 to 1.45 carats, and wanted to see if this diamond is a good buy for just under $10k. I am also trying to find out if this is eye-clean. Thanks!

If eye clean from a side view is important to you (it is to me because I get tension settings) that's another thing to ask the vendor.

HCA looks good.
All four Excellents is unusual.

I have no clue about the price, but as far as cut is concerned this cut snob sees no reason to not buy it as long as it is eye-clean and white enough for you.

The stone is priced at $9200 - which from comparing to other similar stones seems fair. Now all I am waiting for is feedback on the clarity.

It scores 4 excellents on the HCA because of the depth (59.9) instead of the usual 3 excellents. Numbers look good though - very promising!
