52% depth is quite low... this may deliver a less brilliant stone although it should look a bit larger than other with the same weight and more standard proportions. However, it is very hard to tell what these look like. There is no standard cushion cut, so the appearance of the stones could be very, very different. Besides, with this amount of information at hand, it really is a gamble to choose one anyway.
Is it possible to obtain copies of certificates and pictures of the stones?
Do you happen to have any other specs on the stone--i.e., measurements, symm, cul, girdle--from the cert? (does it have a cert?) you'll especially need the measurements to know what the stone looks like from a length to width ratio perspective--ie, if it's regtangular or squareish.
Val is right, the 52.8 depth is probably going to be too shallow. the second stone could be okay, its just so hard to tell without more of the specs (and ideally, without looking at the stone in person).
If you could provide additional specs and a little info about what you're looking for, though, maybe we can help!
