Is this a fair price.

Hi All

New to the forum and looking for some advice really. I am looking to buy an engagement ring for the GF but im too sure what a fair price even though i have done loads of research. I have found one i like but i am unsure on if the price is fair. I am based in the UK and the town i live in has no real jewelers so i have to drive to the nearest city (Bristol).

The description of the ring is 0.44ct Round Brilliant Diamond. All set in platinum, with opposing graduating diamonds featuring on split shoulders.

Move your post to the main forum (click the report concern button and ask the moderators to move it to the main board) that way you will have a lot more people answering you.

No-one can tell unless you post the colour, clarity and if possibly the cut quality of the diamond involved. I suspect it is NOT any particular bargain.
