Is this 1.9 H VS2 GIA diamond worth buying? Please help!

Would love a professional opinion

Stone details: 1.9 H VS2, GIA report attached . HCA Score 3.2 (Light Return VG, Fire and Scintillation - Good, Spread - Excellent)

Its not well cut so our advice would be no, its not worth buying. You want to look for stones that score 2 or lower for HCA.

Edit...you may need to go down in weight and or color to stay in a $12k budget.
