Is there a way to tell size by picture?

So I found this pic online and was curious as to what size the center diamond might be.. I couldn't find any other pictures of it.. Was just curious if there is a way to try and determine the diamond size based on the picture..

I think that is a 5 stone with all the same size stones. Just a guess but I would say 10 pts or even smaller. I do believe that
is a wedding band and not an engagement ring.

Judging from the proportion of the sizing balls to the ring itself, it looks like the ring is a fairly small size. I'd agree with tyty that the diamonds are 10 points each or smaller.

(It almost looks like one of the diamonds is missing from the setting too...)
