I think check Jane Taylor jewellery or look for this on Etsy. Should be decently common.

Yvonne does through her etsy, although I can't find any pictures of the profiles of the rings. She's one of the go-to sources of non-precision gems.

I would ask to see photos of the melee they'd actually use in the band to hopefully ensure the amethysts won't be washed-out ones (unless she likes those) or, conversely, inky dark.
