Is the setting of the ring secure on a daily basis?

Hi, I would like to wear this ring on a daily basis. Do you think this setting is secure enough to wear every day? I would greatly appreciate your opinion.

It's very classy and those are all round-shape diamonds (one big and 1 small in a pear shape setting type) so it's like an illusion cluster ring!
