Hi all,
Please give me some opinion on the price of this diamond. Is this a good deal?
Price: $6800
0.91 carat F VVS1 GIA cert
Cut: Excellent
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
Culet: None
Fluo: None
Girdle: Thin to Medium, Faceted
Table: 58%
Depth: 60.3%
Crown: 33.5 angle 14%
Pavillion: 41 angle 43.5%
No ASET or IdealScope images. Only GIA cert image available.
HCA score: 1.1. The X falls on the overlap of GIA excellent and AGS ideal cut. However, this is not AGS 0 based on AGS cut proportion tables (Table score = 1, Crown angle/depth score = 1) http://www.jewellerycatalogue.co.uk/diamonds/ags_detail.php. Is this the reason why it is cheaper than average price for this type of diamond? Despite no ASET or IdealScope images, should I make the purchase? I'm afraid with this good price, it won't be available for long.
Thanks a lot for your inputs.
