Ok I know nothing about rings... I was wondering can you have a ring with pink sapphire side stones and if so where?
Is it possible?

Yes, of course you can! You can buy a mounting for three stones and use pink sapphires rather than diamonds for the sidestones. You can also have a ring custom made for your stones as you could if the ring were to be a diamond center stone with diamond sidestones.
You can also make any other combination of stones that strikes your fancy. You didn't mention a diamond at all. I was assuming you wanted one as your center stone, but there is no rule about that, either!
