Is GCAL just as good as GIA or AGS?

Was reading some threads and was wondering if a GCAL report is as good as a GIA cert or AGS? I swear I''ve seen some online vendor diamonds with both a GIA and GCAL report. Why would you have both? Thanks.

Their grading is accurate according to Richard Sherwood and Neil Beaty, but their cut grade info just isn't as good as an AGS report.
