Sure.
The traditional H&A pattern relies on a range of parameters in a near-Tolk RB. If you increase or decrease the length of the lower halves you change those patterns significantly...even if the cut precision is ''perfect'' they become a different kind of symmetrical pattern. If you move to a different make of RB, another faceting style or another shape of diamond and have top cut precision you will see different kinds of patterns.
