Is an AGS0 H&A a better performer than an AGS w/o H&A?

I was wondering how much the H&A cut has as effect on a diamonds performance? If both diamonds are considered AGS0 with similar specs and table size and carat weight does that one difference make one diamond better visually?

It''s a controversial topic without good answers, and you''ll find outspoken proponents in both camps. Personally, I like the H&A effect because I value symmetry (and equate this with beauty, to some extent), but not because I think the H&A is going to improve light performance.
