Looks like some girdle painting which helped and the generated ASET may have some scan error.
Borderline AGS 0 I wonder what the H &A viewer images look like.

What do you see to indicate painting?

Blue Arrows 'Spread apart Rabbit Ears' potentially indicative of minor digging.
Red Arrows Indicative of scan error or crown painting.

It is also possible its just scan error and a normal girdle with some slight assymetries.

I thought the "clumps of digging" wer artifacts of the simulation
