i saw the replay. the Derby winner was coming up strong towards the finish line.

(I may try to get it unblocked later, but we''ll see if that flies) And I just don''t have enough time at home to spend online.

I''m good. Haven''t been here much either lately . . . because of my puppy search! All my spare time has been spent trolling French Bulldog websites, trying to find a rescue dog to adopt or a breeder to buy from, learning more about the breed, etc. I have Frenchie-itis in a BAAAAAD way!!!

I''m good. Haven''t been here much either lately . . . because of my puppy search! All my spare time has been spent trolling French Bulldog websites, trying to find a rescue dog to adopt or a breeder to buy from, learning more about the breed, etc. I have Frenchie-itis in a BAAAAAD way!!!

My work unblocked the sit (for now) so I''m back more regularly.

Hehe.....yes, in and out. Nothing too exciting, though, by any means. Mostly just throwing myself into my job. Get caught up on my bills, pay the attorney, etc. The divorce should be finalized on Sept 2nd (our 7th anni of being together). Hopefully it actually happens and goes smoothly.

How''s the man? I seem to remember him getting a promotion @ work a few months ago. Is he happy with that? How about your job? Still same old/same old?

I see you have a thread started about a new puppy in hangout, so I''m guessing you had success? I''ll have to jump over there and check it out.

PS: You better not take 7 weeks to respond to this, Missy!

Hey, Jo! Another delayed reply, but at least I didn''t take QUITE as long this time! LOL!

You will be SO relieved when you get that divorce decree! I remember when I got mine . . . I felt like a HUGE weight had been lifted off my shoulders!

DH is good . . . he likes the new job! Of course, it''s more hours and more stress than his old job was, but he expected that. I think he really enjoys what he''s doing now, even though he does have bad days sometimes (like any job). The only part he REALLY hates is when he has to make the decision to lay someone off. That sucks.

And yes, we are SOOOO excited about Tucker (the new puppy)! I''m picking him up on Wednesday and I can''t wait! He''s such a cutie, and it will do my old heart good to have a puppy in the house again!

Ohhhh, he is spoiled absolutely ROTTEN!!!

He just recently learned how to go down the stairs. Also, he''s going to Puppy Kindergarten every Tuesday night, and he''s the smartest kid in his class!

He''s getting along sooooo well with our other two dogs! Which is a huge relief for me . . . I was a little worried that Turbo (our very alpha girl) would not be too keen on the idea of having a new baby around the house. But she has been WONDERFUL with him! She plays with him and loves on him all the time! Such a good girl!

Awwww! They have a new playmate now!

Fun! I have a friend that just got a new puppy. And a new kitten. They ''play'' and I think the way they bite and roll around, both of them are going to have a missing ear or something!
