Interesting Sapphire pair

What do you think? Would these would make an interesting pair? They'd probably be turned into a bracelet for my grandmother, she's always wanted a sapphire bracelet.

I am concerned the first blue/purple sapphire might end up dark IRL. There seems to be a lot of light shone onto the stone, based on the white-out reflection/glare.
