Insurance on NY Health Exchange?

We have to get insurance for my DH on the exchange. Anyone gone through this and have experiences they want to share? He has some health issues (namely a back injury) that will require some visits to specialists, MRI, physical therapy, etc. so we want to make sure he has options for quality care that are in network...

Can you go through an insurance broker? That's what we did. The prices are the same for you, but they can help you navigate the plans.
It's helpful because there are some plans that look great on paper but the fine print might only cover you in your state. Some cover every drug but good luck finding a doctor to take it (blue cross/blue shield at least here), while others may cover fewer drugs but practically all docs accept it. If you can, I'd find a health insurance broker and let them do the heavy lifting.
