In search of an extra wide pave band

I need some ideas fora custom ring OR a ring anyone has seen that fills my design criterion. I want an extra wide pave band (eternity-- meaning stones all the way around) that has a slight arch or dome but that flattens out a bit as it meets the finger. Tiffany''s etoile is a little too generic. Any neat ideas or rings anyone has seen. I am looking for something super dramatic.

lovely but yes much flatter
